Meet Miss Shaw
Hello students and parents! I am your teacher, Miss Shaw.
I graduated from Three Rivers High School in 2017 and from Saint Mary's College in 2021.
Growing up, I participated in cheerleading, soccer, cross country, and band.
In high school, I played clarinet for concert band and bass drum for marching band, but in college, I played clarinet in the Notre Dame Marching Band! Go Irish!
I also played as a reindeer in my grade school's Christmas play!
It was always my dream to become a first-grade teacher.

I also appreciate the different forms of art and how they can benefit students. I have attached a brochure on the benefits of art in the "Parents" tab if you would like to see more information.
My favorite subject is math, however, all subjects are important!
My major in college was Elementary Education with Mild Intervention Licensure. That means that I am qualified to teach both general and special education.
Giving every student an opportunity for equal education is very important to me.
I understand that all students have different needs for learning, and I will do my best to assure that all of my students receive the fair and equal education that they deserve!
